The old ebuilds will still contain it for 2 more months until I drop

ceamac fe5d21806f Mark the exact dependency version 
kdsoap and this had been added to main repo, but my current onvifviewer
does not compile with them

Until I'll fix this, I'll mark the old version as dependency
