Mark the exact dependency version

kdsoap and this had been added to main repo, but my current onvifviewer
does not compile with them
Until I'll fix this, I'll mark the old version as dependency

Path to turbojpeg.jar seems to have changed, so I'll leave 2.2.3 for a
while longer, as it uses the old path
